Take ownership by:

• First and foremost, you ensure business impact through effective prioritisation in everything you drive you show.
• Deeply understand our customer's painpoints as well as learn and benchmark from the market to assess opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with both regulatory and AI trends & technologies
• Articulate milestones and monitor the performance of our AI products, and use the results to propose and drive forward enhancements
• You know how to execute & unblock yourself to get the results needed. You know how to lead through influence.
• Take ownership from conception to delivery of the result
• Inspire and rally design, data analysts, data scientist and engineers, QA around the problem to solve
• Oversee model training, validation, and testing processes i.e. by establishing rigorous reviewer guidelines and determining sampling strategy/size
• Plan and coordinate roll out as well as create AI product marketing collateral to support the go-to-market plan
• You can understand the strategy and from there prioritize effectively your pipeline over the next 3-6 months.
• You continously build and maintain product awareness on all levels among teams.
• Internal roadmap and release communication based on value
• Product training and documentation
• Machine learning evangelisation

This challenge will suit you if:

• You have at least five years experience as a Product Manager with specific experience in B2B SaaS, bonus if in the MarTech space
• You have at least three years of experience in the retail industry - domain knowledge will really accelerate your understanding & contribution.
• You have a proven track record of successfully implementing machine learning based recommendations to increase your user’s performance and/or speed metrics.
• You are comfortable in reading and understanding code (i.e. Python or R), even if you are not actively developing models yourself.
• You can assess and recommend appropriate algorithms for specific tasks, understand the strengths and weaknesses, and ensure that data used for training and testing models is representative and of high-quality.
• You know the infrastructure required to support machine learning workflows
• You have experience / strong understanding with generative AI products
• You are able to balance being the voice of the customer while keeping in mind what will deliver value to the business
• You are a self-starter, proactivity is key for any role at Publitas, we work remotely and are scaling often with no defined processes in place, you are comfortable navigating in this environment and know how to unblock yourself
• You have expert written & oral communication skills and know-how to influence and inspire stakeholders internally and externally.
• You are able to define milestones, measure and track the success of the initiatives you drive in iterations
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong preference for you to work in the European time zone as that is where most of the team is located.
