What You’ll Be Working On
As Partner Enablement Lead, you are responsible for managing the enablement process of insightsoftware partners.
This role will report to the Director of Global Partner Operations and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the organization including but not limited to: partner marketing, sales teams, solutions engineering, IT, product teams, professional services, and client care teams. The person in this role will drive cross-functional alignment and have strong interpersonal and project management skills. They will create a global partner enablement structure and strategy across various products and partner types. This person needs a strong understanding of channel ecosystems.
What will you do?
- Own the management, standardization, and expansion of the global insightsoftware partner enablement program
- Collaborate with various training, technical and product teams to ensure that training and enablement materials are consistently updated
- Measure and track partner enablement effectiveness
- Create partner enablement nurture and cross-sell programs
- Determine and execute strategy for partner certification program
- Devise incentives for partner training
- Develop and deliver effective communication to keep internal stakeholders and partners prepared and informed of product enablement releases, updates, trainings, promos, etc.
- Support partner specific insightsoftware events as needed

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- At least 5-7 years of channel program or project management experience, preferably in a B2B software or SaaS environment
- Ability to review analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics
- Ability to lead projects in their entirety
- Ability to collaborate and establish cross-functional endorsement across various stakeholders
- Experience with project management and ability to present status milestones
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Salesforce and Portal Platforms
