Poste proposé : Business Development Manager

What You’ll Be Working On

As a Business Development Manager you will work directly with the founders and core team to lead and execute our business development strategies. Your focus will include:

  • Lead Community Labs business development processes, frameworks, and deal funnels.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish key strategic partnerships with web3 projects and potential collaborators to enhance our ecosystem and drive mutual value.
  • Build relationships with potential users and partners at the early stages of their development to drive adoption and increase user engagement.
  • Keep yourself up-to-date with the rapidly evolving Arweave ecosystem and drive changes in the protocol and the team
  • Be a leader, know when to follow, and work autonomously inside a small high performing team

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and developing market strategies.
  • Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts.
  • Extensive network within the web3 space, with a demonstrated ability to leverage connections for partnership opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities for new partnerships and contribute to the evolution of the business roadmap.
  • Strong knowledge of web3 and crypto technology and its applications
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English written and verbal skills.
